Purraboo offers a simple 14-day return policy, as long as the original tags remain intact. For easy returns, we recommend keeping the shipping box.

A return shipping fee of £3.50 will apply. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label shortly after receiving your return request.

Just attach the label to your box and ship the items back to us. Once we receive the returned goods, we’ll process your refund and credit your account within approximately 10 business days.
